Fresh Flower & Refund Policy

Each Friday arrangement is made fresh and specifically for you. Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are prepared to order, all sales are final.

If your flowers arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us the same day as delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our arrangements are designed using what is fresh, beautiful, and in season each week. Flower varieties, colors, and stems will vary, and specific blooms are not guaranteed.

Friday Delivery: Orders placed by Thursday at 12 PM are scheduled for that Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be fulfilled the following Friday.

Please leave a clean vase outside Thursday evening in an easy-to-find location near your front door. If a vase is not available when we arrive, we cannot guarantee delivery that Friday.
